SAFETY:

Our products are relatively small and will break if not handled with care.  Due to the brittle nature of porcelain, there is potential for the flower to break into smaller pieces which can be a hazard, especially to small children, with swallowing risks.  Please beware of any sharp edges on the product - it is finely handmade and these may exist in some examples.  All in all, please use common sense with our products to avoid any unwanted accidents - we care about you, our customers and hope that you enjoy your purchases safely.

Terms and conditions are rarely the most exciting thing to read, but they are essential to protect both us and you the customer, ensuring that your purchasing experience is safe and secure.  The following terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all customers buying goods on www.boutonnierelondon.com, hence by making a purchase you are impliedly agreeing to our terms and conditions.  We may change the Terms at any time, so please check that you are comfortable with our terms before purchasing.

Boutonniere Limited reserves the right to end any agreement with you, terminating all orders and access to the site if you breach any of our Terms, fail to make a payment which is due to us, of if we suspect that you are involved, are contemplating being involved, or have previously been involved, in any kind of fraudulent activity.

Should you breach our Terms, or if any liabilities are incurred as a result of using this website, you agree to be responsible for all costs and expenses incurred by Boutonniere Limited or our directors, company officers, employees, agents and suppliers as a result of the breach, including reasonable legal fees if these are applicable.  This liability also extends to a situation where another person is using your shopping account, unless of course you are able to prove this was done so by fraudulent means.

We do not accept any liability whatsoever for any loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of contract, loss of goodwill or reputation, loss of business or any anticipated savings, or any special, indirect or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
